This is a good move, you have all the equipment you need, but not the solders to use it  Then we could set up the MOD as a rent a weapon company. The rent received could be used to offset the payment for the equipment.
This is great, our armament companies could still make the weapons, we then rent then out and because we have no solders, no British personal are killed or injured in any conflict. This would then save on medical expenses.
Military costs are solved, now what can we do with the unemployed, who said target practice.
