The Government needs to decide and decide now, who is legally entitled to UK benefits and other UK facilities like, NHS, Local Authority, education, etc. If our pot of money is unlimited, then they may wish to allow it to be available for all.  But we and so should the Government, know that the money is not limitless, and all areas have been told to make savings.
How can you make savings when the gates of the UK are open to all who wish to come, or so it seems, whether legally or illegally.
This is not a racial issue, as if, people, who ever they are, pay into the system, then they should be entitled to what is available.
There are already certain people who the NHS knows should be paying for their treatments, but the NHS appears to be incapable of enforcing payment. For these people, payment details should be obtained before treatment is given and payment should be taken in all cases. No details provided, no treatment given.
