To compare legalising these drugs, just because alcohol and tobacco are legal is foolish. Lets face it, if alcohol and tobacco were new today, they would be band. But because they became legal many years ago, it is impossible to now make them illegal.
This was proved in the USA in 1920-1933 when they tried to prohibit the consumption of alcohol.
They are also saying legalise these drugs and this will stop their illegal use, when both drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco are legal, but there is still a black market in them.
Lets face it, it is a losing battle, but that does not mean bring more drugs into the legal market, as you will not get rid of the illegal market.
