People do not understand banks and finance, banks are like any other business enterprise, they are providing products for people to purchase, with the sole reason of creating profits. This is no different to purchasing items in a shop.
If it looks good for you and sometimes it is, then have it, like you do in a shop, but do not fall into frame of mind that the banks are doing it for your benefit, it is always for the benefit of the banks.
This is not something new, it has always been the case. The old adage 'Let the buyer beware' is still relevant today, if even more so, as advertising has become so much slicker, to draw you into situations.
