Civil Servants are supposed to be public servants, but it appears that one qualification they do not need is intelligence or was this information request made on 1st April.
So some believe the age of consent should be lowered to 14, as they say many of this age are involved in sexual activities. So it is lowered, what do you do next, when many others below 14 are sexually experimenting, do you keep lowering it until you get to an age where sexual experimenting is not being conducted.
As for legalised nudity, if this is allowed, should it be made law that those who wish to, have to be nude all the time, even in mid-winter.
Are we sure these are the same civil servants on whom Ministers rely for information and guidance when formulating laws etc for the country.
It would explain how some of the crackpot legislation has come about.
